In Game Promotions
Sponsor your event for all 70 games or half the season with a 35 game plan. For example...
- Pizza Scream: One lucky fan that screams the loudest will receive a whole pizza from our sponsor.
- RBI Guy: If the Warthogs player chosen gets an RBI the fans receive a prize from the sponsor.
- K-Man: An opposing player is chosen and if he strikes out, the crowd or section will receive a prize from the sponsor.
- Mascot Dash: One lucky child is chosen to race Wally the Warthogs around the bases. Wally has never won a race.

Signage
Scoreboard: Advertisement in this section of the ballpark will make you visible to the entire ballpark. Everybody is constantly checking the score while checking your company’s logo.
Billboard: 8ft x 16ft Outfield Billboard: All of the billboards are made of vinyl and are top of the line quality. Billboards are bright in color and attract eyes from all fans in Ernie Shore Field. Along with the billboard come two season tickets located in section F, exclusively for season ticket holders under the roof. The other option is 140 ticket vouchers good for any Warthogs game throughout the season.
Dugout Tops: The dugout top is printed with a special vinyl and glued down on the top of the dugout. It is 5ft by 48ft in size. This is one of the best ways to become visible in the community. You can see the dugout top from every spot at Ernie Shore Field. It comes with two season tickets or 140 ticket vouchers.
Concourse/ In-Stadium Signage: Become visible where the entire crowd sits. Specialty signs can be made and strategically placed in front of everybody that walks through the gates.
Deck & Beer Garden Sponsorship: Imagine making thousands of fans happy while being on your companies “deck” or “beer garden”. With this sponsorship you will be visible to the thousands of fans having fun socializing & watching great professional baseball.

Pocket Schedule: There will be over 120,000 copies printed and delivered all over the Triad and its surrounding areas. A coupon can be used or a few items of the menu could be exposed.
- Play Ball: An ad in the Play Ball will get your company exposed all over the Triad. Three editions of 70,000 will be printed and distributed over 70 home games and in the community. A coupon can be used in this as well.
- Group Guide: Group guides will be mailed out with the Winston-Salem Chamber of Commerce and contain all information about coming to a ball game at Historic Ernie Shore Field

Ticket Back: The back of the ticket would carry your company’s logo and possibly a coupon. Last season we printed over 200,000 tickets and plan for an increase this season.
- Ticket Envelopes: Every ticket that the Warthogs sell go into envelopes for the customer. The logo of your company could be on every envelope. A coupon could be placed on the back of the envelope.
Special Event Sponsorships
Giveaway and Promotional Nights are known to attract the most fans to minor league venues. This can also be said for Historic Ernie Shore Field. Fans travel from all over the Triad to see promotional acts and receive giveaway items. All sponsored events are heavily promoted throughout the newspaper, television and radio.
